Joining Karisma swiftly resolves the common struggle of finding your tribe in Barcelona, a process that can often take months (or even years) with uncertain outcomes.
We accelerate this journey, connecting you with a multitude of amazing individuals in a remarkably short time.
More than just connections, Karisma is about growth and creation. You're not just meeting people; you're engaging in experiences that enrich both your personal and professional life.
Karisma attracts a diverse range of individuals from all over the world, typically entrepreneurs, creatives and freelancers between 25 and 40 years old.
In terms of business stage, our members range all the way from early-stage entrepreneurs with an idea ready to be turned into reality to established ones who may already be onto their 2nd or 3rd venture.
Our community is renowned for sharing a deep passion for entrepreneurship and personal growth and being open-minded, curious, ambitious, conscious and extremely collaborative.
Once you become a member, you’ll have an onboarding call with 3 other new joiners and “Nati” our community manager, who’ll set you up for a smooth start and give you personalized recommendations.
Our community platform allows you to introduce yourself to the community, do filtered searches in our member directory, join clubs (interest-based subgroups) and member-led activities and even ask for help on personal and professional topics.
Our daily business, personal growth and social events are all designed to foster deep connections among our members. They are an excuse to bring our community together.

Members have the flexibility to cancel or freeze their membership at any time.
If you choose to cancel, your membership will remain active until your next renewal date.
If you pause it, you'll have continued access to our online platform, but you can only do this twice per year for 90 days maximum.

If we cannot make it happen, we’ll give you a 100% refund as long as the following 3 conditions are met:
– You notify us within 1 month from your start date
